Marketing Specialist

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the critical bridge between our product development and marketing teams. You will not only help shape new products from their inception by providing market insights but also take ownership of bringing them to market. Responsibilities Act as the market expert during the product development lifecycle, representing customer needs and desires to the R&D and Product teams Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to identify new product opportunities and inform product feature prioritization Partner with R&D and Product teams to shape product specifications, features, and performance requirements, ensuring market and customer insight is embedded in product decisions Generate and pitch product concepts grounded in market data, customer feedback, and competitive positioning Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate the product in the market Own execution of go-to-market strategies and marketing plans across targeted channels, including product launches, content creation, social media, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives Partner with the Marketing Manager on campaign strategy, sales enablement materials, and cross-functional launch execution Conduct research, analysis, and testing using market research and analytics tools to generate insights that shape marketing strategy Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with Marketing focus or equivalent marketing experience 4+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track in product marketing, product development, or brand strategy Demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive marketing plans and go-to-market strategies Strong ability to interpret market data, consumer research, and campaign metrics to drive actionable business decisions Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and product launches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Bilingual in Korean and English preferred Salary Range: $65K ~ $80K Equal Employment Opportunity Cuckoo Electronics America is an Equal Opportunity Employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
