Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the individual needs of clients. \n Develop and implement tailored therapeutic strategies that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy. \n Facilitate group, family, couple, and individual therapy sessions, ensuring that evidence-based practices are utilized to support client progress. \n Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold ethical standards as per applicable laws. \n Participate in continuous professional development, including workshops and training, to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The clientele includes individuals from diverse backgrounds who are facing various mental health challenges. We prioritize accessibility to those who may have previously encountered barriers to care, focusing on providing support for anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n \n A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory. \n An active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon. \n A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential. \n Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse client base. \n Strong understanding of the legal and ethical frameworks governing mental health practice. \n Preferred Experience\n Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-focused care is highly preferred. Experience with various EMR software programs and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team will be considered advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, depending on your experience and caseload.
