Precision Assemblies, a Trexon Company Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday (Flexible hours: 7:00–3:30, 7:30–4:00, or 8:00–4:30) Pay: $44,000 - $51,000 DOE (Dependent on Experience) About The Role C.E. Precision Assemblies, a Trexon company, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Purchasing Specialist to join our team in Chandler, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, supplies, and services - ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery timelines Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and suppliers Request quotes and process purchase orders accuratelyTrack, follow up, and expedite orders to ensure timely receipt of materials Procure tools, BOM items, and equipment as required Build and maintain strong vendor relationships Maintain and update production and material tracking spreadsheets Collaborate with Receiving to confirm deliveries Coordinate with suppliers on documentation, RMA processes, and issue resolution Support miscellaneous projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year of procurement or logistics experience in a manufacturing setting preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficient in MS Office Suite; comfortable with data entry and basic data analysis Able to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities Team-oriented with a positive, proactive approach to collaboration and problem-solving Capable of working collaboratively within a team and contributing to a positive and cooperative work atmosphere. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks based on evolving operational needs. Physical Requirements Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods Proficient use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers, etc.) Clear communication skills (verbal and written) across departments and with external partners Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Why Join Us?
