Our San Antonio branch is looking for a Water Restoration Project Manager.ResponsibilitiesAs our Water Restoration Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:Interact with customers, develop scope of work and work plan, monitor progressService as primary contact for the customerEnsures customer satisfactionPrepares/reviews estimates, acts as liaison with insurance companies, and interacts with other company personnel on collectionsEnsures that technicians perform work in keeping with IICRC and RRSC guidelinesPerforms water restoration sales and technician functions when neededEnsures all documentation is completeManage and supervise all water restoration crewsRequirementsKnowledge of water restoration industry and practices and insurance reimbursement for water mitigation claimsStrong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customersAble to work in a fast paced environmentFluent using Xactimate softwareBenefitsAt Roto-Rooter we believe our greatest investment is in our employees.
