Project Manager

Location: Hemlock, Michigan
Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage business projects, ensuring they are completed on time, meet the needs of the company, and stay within budget.
Determine what the company wants to achieve.
Create timelines and determine costs and resources needed.
Generate a detailed plan and schedule for each stage of the project.
Provide direction and coaching on project-specific tasks.
Select supporting staff and lead a project team.
Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for materials and/or services.
Ensure each stage progresses on time, on budget, and adheres to the company's processes and quality standards.
Develop and implement processes for project management teams to complete activities according to current policies and practices; keep documentation organized; identify process improvements.
Manage the team to create and execute project plans, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Report project progress to senior managers and the company.
Manage risks and prevent delays.

Requirements:

Experience planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting on projects using project management tools.
Experience managing water treatment equipment, balance of plant, and installation.
