Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Job Duties

Troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC equipment

Work on rooftop units, boilers, air handlers, pumps, controls, and related mechanical systems

Read and understand schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals

Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and other technicians

Complete service paperwork and documentation accurately

Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

Minimum Education Required

HVAC diploma/degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience Required

Previous HVAC service experience required

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Refrigeration certification

Compensation

$42.00 - $52.00 / Hourly

Additional Compensation

Benefits are paid in addition to base wage. Health Insurance and pensions are not paid directly from hourly wage. We are a union contractor signatory with Pipefitters Local 455, Plumbers Local 34, and Sheetmetal Workers Local 10.

Starting wage BOE and is negotiable.
