Responsibilities Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life‑saving interventions. Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments. Use advanced monitoring and treatment strategies to achieve the best outcomes. Qualifications BSN required (ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years). Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 – $66.05 – this pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
