Requirements

• Required certification: Pharmacist
• 1+ years of experience
• Unit Notes:Unit Pharmacy # beds 267 inpatient + 100 outpatients Certs BLS and ACLS required Ratios 2:1 tech to pharmacist (CA Law) EMR Cerner with Omnicell for dispensing cabinets Charge Nurse NA Nurse Aides NA Weekend Requirement Yes Holidays Yes Scrub Color Professional White coat Tele NA Vents NA Hospitalist or Intensivist in house Yes IV Team Sterile compounding experience desired RT 24/7 Yes Pharmacy 24/7 Yes Shifts Days, Eves, Nights Floating No Floor specific orientation Yes Common diagnosis / Types of patients NICU, Peds, adults, geriatric, oncology Additional Notes Pharmacy residency and/or BCPS desired. Experience in Oncology infusion centers a plus. No new grads please. Must have a California Pharmacist license. Cancellation Policy:Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13 week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting System:Cerner BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level:2 Care Setting:Acute Division:Allied Shift Notes:10 shifts w/varied starts of 5a, 7:30a, abd 10a, EOW Required Certifications:ACLS, BLS Certification
