MLR is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Physical Therapist Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, including reviewing medical histories and performing physical exams.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
• Administer physical therapy treatments, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and other rehabilitation techniques.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies to support recovery and injury prevention.
• Track patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare professionals.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in acute care or outpatient settings is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
