Senior Data Analyst

Senior Data AnalystCadmus is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support our financial commercial client. This candidate would partner with technical business consumers across Business Intelligence, Analytics, and other domains to help them adopt, implement, and maximize the value of new data solutions. They will work as a technical liaison, supporting requirements gathering, solution adoption, and ongoing enablement. This candidate will support delivery, requirements, and stakeholder training, awareness of key datasets to meet regulatory requirements. Together, we are strengthening society and the natural world.ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent client service and Data Analyses in a large, big data Enterprise environment focused on the Mortgage Financial industrySpearhead consumer communications and managing both internal and external communications across program SharePoint site and Teams ChannelsDrive AI and prompt engineering initiativesDecompose and migrate legacy reports/views to modern platforms like Tableau and PythonSupport for development teams to champion consumer use cases and needsQualificationsBachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional experienceExperience across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, and operationsSolid understanding of system development methodologies and techniques, and an excellent grasp of database concepts and principlesSolid knowledge of Agile methodologies and Proficiency in JIRA and ConfluenceExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong verbal, and written communication skillsAdvanced experience with SQL including query creation (such as select queries)Experience with Python, Snowflake, InformaticaExperience in working in a Cloud Platform preferably AWSExpert proficiency in Microsoft products, such as Word, Excel, Visio, etc.Ability to capture and present operational metrics to Senior ManagementAbility to manage multiple tasks or projects at any given timeMortgage and Financial Data experience strongly preferredCandidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000.
