Job Description

Specifically looking for techs who have prescription processing experience. Descriptions may include: data entry of prescriptions, prescription entry, prescription intake, dispensing prescriptions, filling prescriptions, etc.

Handling customer phone calls both inbound and outbound

Experience speaking with physician offices

Need experience with processing claims to insurance/third party. Descriptions may include: adjudication of claims, claims resolution, processing insurance.
