Hillview Consulting is looking for an Agile Delivery Project Manager to join our innovative team in Alvarado. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading agile project management initiatives, ensuring that our teams are aligned and projects are delivered on time and within scope. Responsibilities
- Lead agile project management activities, ensuring effective delivery of projects
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies and best practices
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on project status
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an agile environment
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in the staffing/recruiting industry is a plus
