Job Summary

This full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker position gives Georgia-based clients access to therapy through a secure remote care model. The role involves providing clinical support, helping clients work through personal and emotional challenges, and documenting care in a clear and timely manner.

You will spend your time in direct therapy sessions, completing intakes, setting goals with clients, reviewing progress, and helping individuals build healthier coping skills. This is a practical, hands-on clinical role for an LCSW who wants to provide telehealth care without losing the structure of a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote therapy services to clients using a secure telehealth system
• Complete intake evaluations and gather relevant clinical background
• Help clients define treatment goals and identify next steps in care
• Deliver therapy for common mental health concerns within your clinical scope
• Maintain organized records, progress notes, and treatment plan updates
• Monitor client response to treatment and adjust care when needed
• Address safety or risk concerns using established clinical procedures
• Protect client privacy in every aspect of remote service delivery
• Manage scheduled sessions with professionalism and consistency

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Georgia
• Previous clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
• Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Comfortable providing care through telehealth platforms
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA standards
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions
