Provide thorough education to patients and caregivers, planning discharge when medical necessity ends. Participate in departmental initiatives and communicate effectively with rehab team members. Facilitate professional growth and overall departmental improvement. Perform other professional duties associated with patient care, therapy service development, and program delivery design. Qualifications Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy. Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy License/Registration required to start.
