Associate Omni Retail Marketing Analyst Location: El Segundo, California Pay range: USD $70,000 - $75,000 Yearly. Base pay will be determined based on candidate's work location, skills and experience. Opportunity The Growth Channels Omnichannel retail marketing team is looking for an Associate Analyst based in El Segundo, CA. This position will support day‑to‑day operations across the group, work with the sales team, and help drive business growth through marketing program analysis and data‑driven recommendations. Responsibilities Analysis of marketing programs to develop optimization recommendations. Lead business analysis including market share, sales, and competitive research to uncover growth opportunities. Manage cross‑brand promotional tracking tool, including weekly updates and accountability of data. Support day‑to‑day marketing activities, including collecting local insights and synthesizing brand/product performance. Assist with short‑term promotional plans and execution by brand and across customers. Execute key marketing programs on assigned brands. Drive marketing execution with cross‑functional team. Manage brand activation to commercial financial targets. Plan and activate brand campaigns in the US market, including pricing, placement and promotion levers. Work on diverse business issues with varying scope using reference materials and precedents. Assist with P&L management for portfolio, updating quota inputs and pricing scenarios. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field. 0-2 years of related work experience. Strong quantitative analysis skills, critical thinking, and financial knowledge. Fundamental understanding of marketing principles and business. Demonstrated leadership. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Positive ‘can do’ attitude. Tenacious and eager to grow personally and professionally. Creative problem‑solving ability. Ability to meet timelines for brand analyses and reporting projects. Experience in category management, trade or brand marketing, space planning, consumer research, sales or finance is a plus.
