Travel Respiratory Therapist - Registered RT/RRT

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a NICU night shift travel assignment requiring at least 1 year of recent experience.

Job Details

• Work within the Respiratory Therapy department in a NICU setting,
• Neonatal patient population,
• Night shift schedule from 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM,

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in the specialty,
• Active RRT license required, if applicable,
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted),
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) card required, Advanced 9th Edition,
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start,
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months,
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration,
• One professional reference required (two required for Florida and Missouri candidates),

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory care services to neonatal patients in the NICU,
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible, as local candidates are not accepted,
• First-time travelers may be considered if minimum experience requirements are met
