ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been proudly leading our agency since July 2021, though my journey with State Farm began years earlier as a team member. That experience provided me with the knowledge and skills to build a strong foundation for our close-knit team of six, including myself. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Christian Moore - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
