Medical Equipment Service Associate

We’re currently seeking a Field Service Specialist to support our customers across the Iowa, southeastern South Dakota and eastern Nebraska. As a Metrohm Field Service Specialist, you’ll be the face of our Service team—providing technical support and on-site service that keeps our customers’ instruments running at peak performance. Perform installations, repairs, calibrations, certifications, preventive maintenance, and refresher training for benchtop analytical systems. Support customers both on-site and remotely (via phone, email, Teams). Build strong customer relationships through expert service and communication. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experience. This role covers Iowas, southeastern parts of South Dakota and eastern Nebraska, and candidates should reside in Des Moines, Iowa. Candidates should be comfortable managing travel and adapting to varying client needs and environments. ✅ BS/BA in Chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline. ~Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory and occasionally outside the territory in the South Region. Bonus Points For: Previous experience traveling for field service work. Familiarity with process-based applications. Candidates with strong computer literacy and experience using common business or industry-specific software In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for quarterly bonus opportunities and half-time overtime pay, providing additional earning potential.
