Schedule

3x12-Hour shifts with day and night rotations (07:00 - 19:30; 19:00 - 07:30). Shifts may vary to meet operational needs.

Job Description

Join a leading healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in a Stepdown Unit, where you'll provide high-quality patient care to individuals requiring post-critical care monitoring. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and ready to float to different units as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in a progressive care environment.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and manage critical medical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months combined permanent experience in specialty (preferably in one location).
• At least 18 months of recent Stepdown experience; travel experience may be accepted.
• Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio or a compact state license in hand at time of submission.
• Current certifications: American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
• Must be able to work at least every other holiday.
