Cherry Capital Auto Clinic is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to work with customers, technicians, and the rest of the shop to keep everyone on the same page. You’ll be one of the main points of contact for our customers—from the first phone call through scheduling, repairs, and getting their vehicle back on the road.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Answer incoming phone calls and customer questions
• Schedule appointments and help manage the shop calendar
• Communicate with technicians regarding workload, repair timelines, and when vehicles can realistically be scheduled
• Explain recommended repairs and services to customers clearly and professionally
• Provide customers with updates throughout the repair process
• Help coordinate parts, technicians, scheduling, and customer expectations
• Work closely with the entire team to keep the shop organized and running efficiently
• Build long-term relationships with our customers

Who We're Looking For

We would prefer someone with previous automotive Service Advisor experience who understands how a busy repair shop operates.

At the same time, we're looking for someone who is willing to adapt to the way we do things at Cherry Capital Auto Clinic . We want someone who communicates well, works as part of a team, takes ownership of problems, and genuinely cares about the customer experience.

You should be comfortable having conversations with both customers and technicians and helping bridge the gap between what is happening in the shop and what the customer needs to know.
