CT Technologist

Per diem variable shifts at Corona Regional Medical Center. Reporting to the Director of Diagnostic Imaging, this position is responsible for assisting the department director in supervising all CT/MRI exams performed by staff, technologists, and students. Operates all equipment leading to the diagnosis of designated portions of the body as ordered by physician. Is responsible for proper computer knowledge, use of gamma and SPECT software.

Qualifications: minimum essential experience of at least three years in CT procedures preferred. Required licensure/certifications include certification by the California Department of Health Services and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT and CRT), CT certification as of July 1, 2015, current state of California fluoroscopy permit, current BLS (CPR) certificate, advanced registry in computerized tomography (CT) preferred, I.V. certification for contrast injections preferred.
