Overview Employer: Bold Legal LLC (Denver, CO) Position: Corporate Transactional Business Attorney (Full-time) Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Job Description: Are you a skilled corporate transactional attorney with experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions, commercial contracts, and entity formations? Responsibilities Manage transactions from inception to closing, including mergers and acquisitions, financings (private equity, venture capital, and credit finance), and commercial contracts. Structure, draft, and negotiate transactional documents and agreements. Provide business-minded legal guidance to clients and contribute to the firm’s entrepreneurial culture.
