Job Description

GG Media is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of a variety of events. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering seamless and memorable event experiences. The Event Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that all aspects of event operations run efficiently from concept to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events and promotional activities
  • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site setup
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external partners
  • Monitor timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed within deadlines
  • Support budget tracking and resource allocation
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide insights for future improvements
  • Ensure all events align with company standards and client expectations
