Operations Analyst

This role supports large, complex organizations by developing analytical models, forecasting performance, and evaluating strategies that optimize operations. If you have prior military service or government contracting experience, are proud to serve and support our nation, and want to help support ProSync's mission to "Define and Redefine the State of Possible," RESPONSIBILITIES The Operations Analyst III provides operational analysis supporting a U.S. Navy customer with advanced modeling, evaluations, and mission analysis. Apply operations research techniques to improve coordination and management of organizational resources. Analyze issues related to strategy, planning, forecasting, scheduling, supply chain management, and performance measurement. Gather operational data and select appropriate analytical techniques such as simulation, linear programming, dynamic programming, or stochastic modeling. Develop mathematical models to describe systems and evaluate alternative scenarios. Provide recommendations based on analytical findings to support government decision-making. Prepare senior-level briefings and analytic reports. Mentor junior analysts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
