Assistant Distribution Center Manager

This is an opportunity to join a nationwide restaurant retail store as a hands-on Assistant Distribution Center Manager who values working closely with their team. The role offers a chance to lead daily operations while fostering a positive customer and employee experience.

Assistant Distribution Center Manager Benefits & Compensation:

Assistant Distribution Center Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role in Warehouse Management
Demonstrated positive leadership with a people-first approach
Warehouse management experience required
Strong background in P&L management, inventory control, hiring and training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, and security/loss prevention

Assistant Distribution Center Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Manage daily staffing and overall operations, including meetings and reporting
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a positive experience
Analyze sales and profit data to support operational decisions
Ensure food safety compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Foster a growth and succession mindset within the team
