The Position As the Finance & Insurance Manager, your first responsibility is simple: help create a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for our employees and customers. You should be: Experienced in automotive F&I A strong communicator and relationship builder Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-production environment Extremely knowledgeable about finance, products, and the automotive industry Coachable and willing to continuously improve Someone who takes pride in their appearance and professionalism A team player who understands that individual success and team success go hand‑in‑hand Hungry to win — while doing it the right way We are not your typical car dealership.
