Finance Manager

Title: Finance Process Manager - O2C / Customer Invoicing Process Design and Fusion Analyst Location: New York, NY 10036 - On-site, 5 days/week Duration: 04 months (Extension/ Conversion will be based on performance) Pay Range: ($80 - $85) on an hourly basis About the role: We are seeking a Finance Process Analyst to support global Order-to-Cash (O2C) process improvement and standardization initiatives. The role will focus on documenting end-to-end finance processes, identifying automation opportunities, and optimizing customer invoicing workflows. Responsibilities: Document end-to-end O2C processes, including customer onboarding, invoicing, AR, and collections. Develop process flows, SOPs, RACI models, and desk-level procedures. Identify process improvement and automation opportunities using Ora_cle Fusion, Automation Anywhere, and ServiceNow. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis. Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics. Ensure processes align with internal controls, audit, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with Finance SMEs and global stakeholders to standardize and optimize processes. Qualifications: 2-3+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash , Finance Operations, or Process Management. Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and internal controls. Hands-on experience with Ora_cle Fusion Invoicing. Experience with Automation Anywhere and ServiceNow. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including South America.
