Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant Split Position

Shiloh Springs and Carriage Inn, located in Ohio , are seeking a dedicated and flexible Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a split position between both facilities . This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered skilled nursing environment. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence Accurately document patient care and progress using Net Health Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team across both locations Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards Qualifications Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Ohio Experience in a skilled nursing or post‑acute care setting preferred Experience with Net Health is a plus Ability to travel between Shiloh Springs and Carriage Inn Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Schedule Full‑Time position Split coverage between Shiloh Springs and Carriage Inn Weekend or holiday rotation may be required Why Join Our Team?
