The Administrative Clerk assists the management team and the location in the daily administrative functions of the dealership location.

Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone, taking messages and assisting callers as needed.
• Issue and process requisition orders.
• Process invoices.
• Issue and process purchase orders.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Three years' administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and training.
• SAP Experience necessary.
• Must be proficient in Excel.
