Speech Pathologist

Job Description Job Description Role and Responsibilities - Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding/swallowing disorders (as training and expertise allows) - Provide evidence-based therapy to children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, and other communication challenges. - Collaborate with families to educate and involve them in therapy goals and home programs. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and insurance requirements. - Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings with occupational therapists and other professionals as needed. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly - Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards set by ASHA and state licensing board. Qualifications and Education Requirements - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program - Current state license & ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Pediatric experience preferred; clinical fellowship applicants may be considered. Preferred Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children and families. - Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and adapt therapy techniques to individual needs. - Familiarity with AAC devices and feeding therapy is a plus but not required. This position will be 4 days a week, you will still be paid if your client no-shows.
