RN Health Info Specialist — CDC INFO Call Center

Maximus is recruiting a Health Specialist (RN) to support CDC INFO, the CDC’s national contact center providing up-to-date health information by phone, email, and chat.

The ideal candidate will be an RN able to thrive in a fast-paced contact center, follow scripts, and provide clear, accurate guidance while maintaining quality and compliance. Training runs Monday–Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM ET; shifts include 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM, with 100% attendance required during training.
