Based out of our Woburn office, you will engage regional business leaders, align client solutions with target market needs, and build fundamental pipeline-generation skills in an energetic, team-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Outreach & Prospecting: Connect with C-suite executives, business owners, and key decision-makers to evaluate operational needs and pitch client portfolios.
• Lead Generation & Campaign Execution: Execute outbound marketing initiatives and targeted prospecting campaigns to secure qualified B2B sales meetings.
• Consultative Value Selling: Apply structured, solution-oriented sales methodologies to qualify accounts and advance opportunities through the pipeline.
• Pipeline & Account Tracking: Manage daily activity metrics, track prospect touchpoints, and maintain clean records across sales tools.
• Team Collaboration & Upskilling: Actively participate in daily strategy sessions, pitch workshops, and executive coaching to refine objection handling and closing skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and business storytelling skills.
• Professional presence and confidence when engaging corporate decision-makers.
• Self-disciplined, competitive mindset with a strong desire to hit and exceed measurable targets.
• Solid time management, organizational capability, and operational follow-through.
• Familiarity with core workplace tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Workspace).
• Experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, client service, or internships) is a strong foundation, though not strictly required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but drive and coachability come first.
