Senior Engineer - Center of Regenerative Biotherapeutics

For the Center of Regenerative Biotherapeutics, the Senior Engineer designs and develops components of biomedical-related engineering systems, applying knowledge of complex principles, theories, concepts, tools and techniques to the design challenges -- Essentially we engineer solutions to manufacturing problems in cutting edge science but also problem solve a plethora of issues. Our Senior Engineer:

• Serves as a Technical Lead for projects
• Provides technical and work direction to project team members and completes

technical work as needed

• Mentors and coaches other staff as required
• May lead in evaluating new technologies and capital equipment
• Understands and complies with relevant portions of Quality Management System
• Has unit-specific expertise in safety risk management and continues to work

to develop expertise in regulatory requirements applicable to his/her unit Necessary skills: Self-starter who functions effectively in a multi-disciplinary development environment. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with team members, physicians and health care providers. Possesses effective oral communication and presentation skills.
