Audiologist Floater - Suffolk County

Job Overview ENT and Allergy Associates, a leading ENT and Allergy practice in New York and New Jersey, is hiring a full‑time Licensed Audiologist for our Suffolk County office locations (Hauppauge, PortJefferson, Southampton). The position requires a Diagnostic & Dispensing Audiologist who is self‑motivated, people‑friendly, and passionate about helping patients regain hearing. Responsibilities Establish rapport with patients and gather medical history. Conduct audiometric testing and counseling. Make ear impressions, create ear molds, and order instruments. Program and fit hearing aids, and assist with adjustments or problems. Maintain accurate documentation and patient files. Own the assigned schedule to maximize patient care opportunities. Support and coach team members to achieve practice goals. Qualifications Master's Degree in Audiology; Au.D. preferred. Active and current hearing aid dispensing license. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Professional communication with patients, physicians, and staff at all times. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary: $80,000–$110,000. Lucrative bonus program. Generous PTO (vacation, sick, personal days) and paid holidays.
