What You’ll Do Perform testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of commercial HVAC systems Work on new construction, design-build, and public sector projects Analyze system performance and ensure proper airflow and system efficiency Travel to project sites (typically Monday–Thursday ) Use specialized equipment and software (training provided) What We’re Looking For Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET), or related field preferred OR equivalent technical/mechanical experience Strong math, problem-solving, and communication skills Comfortable using computers and technical tools Valid driver’s license required Willingness to travel ~1–2 weeks per month (no weekends) What We Offer Paid Training & All Equipment Provided 4-Day Work Week (Mon–Thurs travel) Clear Career Path → NEBB Certification Quarterly Bonus Opportunities National Project Exposure Compensation & Benefits ~$27.50 – $30/hour starting pay (higher for experienced candidates) ~ Quarterly performance bonuses ~ Health, dental & vision insurance ~ Paid holidays, vacation & sick time ~ Retirement program Why Join Us?
