Doctor of Medicine | Maternal-Fetal Medicine Location: York, PA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Description We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Specialist to provide ongoing locum coverage in York, Pennsylvania . This is a full-time outpatient opportunity with a flexible coverage model ranging from 1 week per month to full-time , depending on provider availability. The physician will provide high-risk pregnancy consultations and advanced ultrasound services within a supportive multidisciplinary team. Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive Maternal-Fetal Medicine consultation and management. Evaluate and manage high-risk pregnancies. Perform and interpret advanced obstetric ultrasounds, including Level II targeted ultrasound . Perform and interpret fetal echocardiography. Provide consultation for complex maternal and fetal conditions, including: Pregnancy-induced hypertension HELLP syndrome Type I, Type II, and gestational diabetes Cardiac disorders (Class II or higher) Pulmonary, renal, neurological, autoimmune, and hematologic/oncologic disorders Placenta previa and abruption Multiple gestations Perform genetic counseling/procedures including amniocentesis as appropriate. Manage approximately 25 patients per day . Collaborate with RNs, MAs, and APPs to provide high-quality patient care. Document patient encounters using Epic EMR . Working Hours Start: PRN / ASAP Assignment: Ongoing Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Coverage: Flexible — approximately 1 week per month up to full-time Night Call: Optional/preferred Weekend Call: Optional/preferred Clinic-based practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Minimum 1 year of MFM experience required. Active Pennsylvania Medical License, IMLC LOQ, or willingness to obtain PA license. DEA registration required. BLS certification required. Strong diagnostic ultrasound skills preferred. Clean credentialing file preferred for temporary privileges.
