Position Summary This is a full‑time, exempt position for a Construction Superintendent to oversee and coordinate the successful completion of all phases of construction projects in the Stow, Ohio area. Experience with heavy highway construction is preferred for this role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day operations including planning, scheduling, manpower and material procurement Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols Attend project meetings Prepare and monitor project correspondence Compile, prepare and track RFIs and change order requests Job Requirements Horizontal and vertical concrete experience Develop schedule to complete jobs on time and within budget Ability to read blueprints, plans, drawings and specifications Ability to calculate material volume and basic areas of measurement Strong planning and analytical skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational and problem‑solving skills Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure Teamworking skills Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred Minimum of 1‑3 years field experience Valid Driver’s License Experience with HCSS preferred Benefits Health benefits 401(k) savings plan with employer contribution Paid Time Off (PTO) Holidays/Vacations Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Karvo Companies, Inc by 2x Get notified about new Construction Superintendent jobs in Stow, OH. #J-18808-Ljbffr Karvo Companies, Inc
