Highlights: $58k starting annual salary based on experience Project incentives earned quarterly Full insurance package: medical, dental, vision, and more Fully vested 401K with employer match Company vehicle, cell phone, and everything needed to do the job Opportunities for restoration certifications Position located in Pearl, MS (Jackson Branch) The Company: Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established and growing company that is known for restoring homes and businesses that were damaged from traumatic events such as a hurricane, fire, water leak, mold, etc. Our dedicated team of professionals work hard to be available and offer restoration services 24/7 We believe in serving our community members by providing relief during a time when they need it most Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle Explain the reconstruction process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for workflow and timelines Prepare and submit a budget for each reconstruction project Review the completed files for the profitability and accuracy of the original scope Responsible for providing detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to Project Coordinator What you need to have: Excellent relationship building/maintenance skills Knowledge of restoration processes and procedures Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills Strong sense of urgency Very strong organizational and time management skills Hard‑working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs Strong desire to learn and excel Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time Must be reliable, dependable and drug‑free Hiring Process (you will be contacted directly regarding steps 2-4): Step 1: Submit Guarantee Restoration application form and/or resume Step 2: Phone interview Step 3: Candidate assessments Step 4: Office interview/Meet with the team Post offer drug screen and background check required #J-18808-Ljbffr
