UM Shore Medical Nephrologists provide comprehensive diagnosis and treatment plans for our patients on Maryland's eastern shore. Our physicians and nurse practitioners have been recognized for their innovative patient service programs and for actively engaging in local outreach efforts to implement education programs that encourage early detection and treatments of renal disease.Job Specifics:Work Schedule: weekdays, rotating weekends, some holidays and on-call.Monday-Thursday 8 am – 4:30 pm, Friday 8am-3pmHospital Call 1:4Inpatient and Outpatient servicesJ1 waiver and H1B visa supportedLive and work close to the spectacular Chesapeake Bay in these ideal locations that offer family friendly neighborhoods, gourmet restaurants and shopping. The posted compensation reflects the range based on current median MGMA and SullivanCotter benchmarks. Actual compensation will be commensurate with the physician's experience, training, and qualificationsOther Compensation: generous sign-on package, including your choice of a $20,000–$25,000 sign-on bonus or a $50,000 housing allowance toward the purchase of a home in your first year.
