Employment Type: Full-time Schedule: 1st shift / standard business hours (Monday–Friday) Work Environment: 100% onsite (in-office) Location: Midway Road Addison, Texas Responsibilities The CBO Team Lead is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to assisting a Central Business Office (CBO) Supervisor and CBO Manager/Director in revenue life cycle management. The Details Perform lead duties in CBO areas, such as Cash Application, Accounts Receivable, and Billing Train colleagues on policies and procedures. Provide orientation for new colleagues. Assist CBO Supervisors/Managers in process management Assist colleagues with implementing CBO initiatives Assist colleagues with problem resolution Schedule department work and assign tasks Provide input to Supervisor about colleague performance This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
