Misión: Realizar el pesaje, empaque y ensamblaje de las cajas de productos de acuerdo con las normativas vigentes y las especificaciones de la empresa. Asegurar el uso correcto y la limpieza de su equipo de trabajo según las normativas de la planta y del área de producción. Limpiar y desinfectar continuamente su espacio de trabajo, equipo y utensilios de acuerdo con la rotación de actividades. Preparación de empaques: cajas, adhesivos, plásticos de sellado, bolsas y palets para la entrega del producto. Reporte posibles tiempos de inactividad en la producción, exceso en la producción de desperdicio, y la calidad de cada báscula, y resuma los datos del turno. Verificar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad, producción, normas de trabajo y el funcionamiento eficiente del equipo, siguiendo los estándares de inspectores del USDA, HACCP y SSOP. Excelente higiene personal, trabajo colaborativo y orientado a la acción. Experiencia trabajando en un entorno de manufactura.
