Packaging Associate Full-Time, Non-Exempt | 32–40 hours per week Reports to: Packaging Manager Schedule: Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, with occasional weekends and holidays Pay: $18.00/hour Job Summary Verdes Cannabis is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to prepare high-quality flower products for retail sale. This role requires accuracy, efficiency and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities include operating packaging machinery, maintaining accurate records, inspecting inventory and keeping the workspace clean and organized. Key Responsibilities Process and package flower according to established procedures and quality standards Operate and maintain packaging machinery, including Paxiom and other automated equipment Label, audit and organize products for transport Maintain accurate production and inventory records Inspect products for quality and accuracy Clean and sanitize tools, equipment and work areas Restock department supplies Safely climb ladders and stairs as needed Follow all safety requirements and standard operating procedures Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Dependable, reliable and able to work effectively with a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Able to follow directions and work quickly and accurately Comfortable operating production machinery Basic computer, math and organizational skills Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Able to safely perform physical duties, including climbing ladders and stairs Positive attitude and strong work ethic The Verdes Standard Our team members exceed expectations, improve every day, show initiative, demonstrate integrity, engage in courageous conversations and respond within 24 hours. #J-18808-Ljbffr Verdes-Cannabis
