Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Current or eligible SLP license in the state
• Experience with pediatric populations and school-based services
• Proficiency in evaluating and implementing treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms, if required
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
• Deliver therapy to elementary-aged students in group and individual settings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance with state and federal mandates
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team planning
• Provide resources and consultation to classroom teachers regarding communication and language strategies
