About The Role The HVAC Technician is a certified, highly skilled professional responsible for complex troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance, across all Mennonite Village facilities. This role requires Oregon HVAC certification. What You'll Do Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems Serve as a subject matter expert in HVAC and support complex system repairs and installations Complete and document work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and inspections accurately in the CMMS Deliver courteous, professional, and compassionate service to residents, staff, and leadership What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who brings technical excellence, accountability, and a strong service mindset to their work. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required HVAC certification required Three (3) years of commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience required Minimum of five (5) years of building maintenance experience construction trades, or related field preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Valid Oregon driver's license with an acceptable driving record Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and control systems preferred.
