About the Role:
Classy Cleaning Staffing Agency is looking for an experienced Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our growing team in Chester, PA! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your hospitality expertise to a dynamic staffing environment where your guest service skills truly shine. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and love making guests feel welcome, we want to hear from you!MUST HAVE AND SHOW HOTEL FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE…

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in/check out hotel guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using property management systems (PMS)
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with prompt and effective resolution
  • Process payments, verify billing information, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
  • Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to emails regarding bookings and hotel information
  • Maintain front desk operations, including night audit procedures when required
Requirements:
  • Prior hotel front desk or hospitality experience required
  • Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) such as Opera, Fosse, or similar
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality degree a plus
