Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Marketing Sr. Manager to lead our in-store retail activation strategy. This role is responsible for identifying and securing lease spaces in major big-box retail environments, building our brand presence, and driving lead generation through customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong retail partnerships, marketing execution expertise, and a proven track record of creating high-performing in-store programs. The Retail Marketing Sr. Manager will support the strategy and lead the execution of in-store activations in major big-box retailers to boost brand visibility and drive qualified leads. This role oversees branded displays, kiosks, and ambassador teams while aligning with sales and marketing leadership to deliver measurable ROI. Success is defined by engaging customer experience, optimized performance metrics, and seamless integration with broader marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Advanced the retail marketing strategy and implementation that is focused on securing and activating lease spaces in major big-box retail stores to maximize brand visibility and lead Collaborate with marketing leadership to align retail strategies with budgets and forecasts ensuring a favorable ROI and efficiency. Lead the design, build-out, and execution of branded in-store displays, kiosks, and experiential spaces to delight and engage potential customers. Collaborate with Field Marketing leadership to align retail activation strategies with lead generation goals, while overseeing recruitment, training, and management of in-store brand ambassadors. Track, analyze, and report on program performance, including traffic, engagement, appointment setting, and conversion metrics to optimize activations based on key metrics Manage vendor and agency relationships to support creative, logistics, and promotional needs and ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines across all retail locations. Partners with cross-functional teams (social media, events) to integrate retail marketing into broader campaigns, while staying informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors in the retail/home improvement sector. Qualifications Leadership: Strong background in leading teams with exceptional communication, project management skills to drive measurable results Experience: 5 years of expertise in retail marketing, event marketing, or channel marketing, ideally within home improvement or related industries. Project Management: Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively and drive to completion to meet deadlines. Customer Focus: Strong understanding of home improvement customer engagement and relationship-building through face-to-face engagement, digital interfaces and traditional media. Adaptability: Ability to learn and adapt to competitive and market research while building internal and exterior professional relationships within roofing/home improvement space. Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze performance data and draw insights is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite required. Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent combination of education and experience is an advantage.
