Brand Einstein Bros. Bagels Position Overview Shift Leader Responsibilities Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coach staff, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. They ensure food and beverage quality while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
