Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Branford, CT Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Onsite Compensation: $50-60k Join a Growing Manufacturing Team A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing customer accounts, tracking payments, and helping maintain healthy cash flow in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working with both customers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely collections. What You'll Do Manage customer invoicing and accounts receivable processes Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts Apply and reconcile incoming payments Research and resolve billing discrepancies Generate aging reports and assist with collection efforts Communicate with customers regarding account status and payment inquiries Support month-end closing activities and reporting Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation What We're Looking For Previous Accounts Receivable experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus ERP system experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
