Software Engineer Senior

Position Overview Software Engineer Sr within PNC's Asset Management Group organization. Locations: Dallas, TX; Pittsburgh, PA; Birmingham, AL; or Cleveland, OH. Work primarily on front‑end and back‑end development using modern technology stacks. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing responsive user interfaces with Angular, managing state and integrating with back‑end APIs, as well as building scalable RESTful services with Java/Spring Boot and integrating with SQL/NoSQL databases and Kafka streams. Job Description Provide detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms. Propose and design software solutions to address complex business needs. Write code, test, and deploy software. Prepare technical and procedural documentation required for software. Maintain and debug software. Work Experience – 3+ years of relevant industry experience; university or college degree preferred. Military or equivalent experience with certifications may be considered. Education – Bachelor’s degree. Certifications/ Licenses – None required. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $40,000.00 – $158,125.00. Salaries vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. Role is incentive eligible.
