About Abrapower:
Abrapower is a thriving, high-volume manufacturer producing over 50 million units of foam-coated abrasives annually. We primarily serve major distributors, and due to a massive new business acquisition, we are launching a dedicated Retail Packaging & Fulfillment department. We are looking for an organized, high-energy leader to build, stabilize, and scale this new operation from the ground up.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Launch & Scale: Oversee the daily setup, execution, and rapid scaling of our new retail packaging line to meet strict distributor specifications.
- Lead & Motivate: Manage labor allocation and drive high-energy motivation on a fast-paced, high-volume manual packing line where hit-rate and team retention are critical.
- Process Design: Act as a critical thinker—streamline packing workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and establish standard work instructions.
- Meticulous Quality: Ensure flawless attention to detail regarding labels, barcodes, and retail-ready configurations to completely eliminate shipping errors.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork: Partner closely with the existing Production Supervisor and Maintenance to keep material flowing smoothly.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
- Experience: 2–5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, high-volume manual packaging, or fulfillment/kitting environments.
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred to effectively lead, train, and retain our workforce.
- Mindset: A combination of organizational brilliance, relentless hustle, and strong emotional intelligence to lead a team through repetitive tasks.
- Problem Solvers: Someone who naturally looks at a manual bottleneck and says, "Here is how we can do this faster and better."
